MTI Insight Services
The MTI Insight Services brand relies on four main pillars. MTI Consult, Create, Care and Cloud Services.
MTI Consult
MTI Consult delivers both business and technology consultancy services. Delivering services for making the right business investments and/or technology choices in proof of concepts, workshops, assessments, test or pilot programs all using our “3’s a Cloud” Solution Centres.
MTI Create
MTI Create covers the area of professional and project services delivering Installation, Integration, Implementation, Optimisation, Migration and Project Management Services. These services are comprehensively packaged to accompany the total hardware and software product portfolio within the MTI solution sets.

MTI Care
The MTI Care portfolio comprises a series of managed and customer-facing services that MTI can offer to the marketplace to enable clients to maximize the efficiency of their existing IT infrastructures and drive down the cost of provisioning services to their end-users. MTI Care can take the form of either a managed service or a single, customer-initiated project, e.g. the design of a virtualised server infrastructure.
MTI Care managed services are available in three service levels - Analyse, Manage and Complete. “Analyse” delivers alerting, analysis, monitoring and reporting services. “Manage” offers the same as “Analyse” but includes remote management. “Complete” is the same as “Manage”, but includes an onsite responsibility.
MTI Cloud Services
MTI can provide a complete Cloud Storage service to customers, to enable them to recognize the benefits of using cloud-based storage infrastructure. MTI Cloud Storage is powered by the EMC Atmos Platform and is suitable for a number of different storage scenarios:

1. MTI Cloud Storage (Disaster Recovery)
Using an MTI Cloud Storage Appliance at a second site allows MTI to offer disaster recovery on top of the base service.p>
2. MTI Cloud Storage (Optimisation)
Using technologies such as the Riverbed “Whitewater” appliance, integrated with the MTI Cloud Storage platform, customers can perform bandwidth optimised back-ups of existing user data straight to an offsite storage resource. Technologies such as the Zeus appliance/software can be used to balance the load and manage the traffic (connectivity) to optimise the MTI Cloud Storage services.
3. MTI Cloud Storage (Data Migration)
Pre Services, Mass Data Migration to pre-populate the MTI Cloud Storage services for incremental only usage. Post Services, Mass Data Migration to drain the MTI Cloud Storage after discontinuation of the services.
